By accessing and browsing any website (collectively, the “Site”) owned and/or operated by M.C.I. Foods, Inc. (the "Company), you accept, without limitation or qualification, and agree to be bound by this legal policy (this “Legal Policy”) set forth in the following terms and conditions, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Site, together with any privacy policy, cookie policy, legal notice, disclaimer, and any other policy, notice, guideline, or document posted on or incorporated into the Site, as well as any applicable law or regulation governing the Site, the Internet, or the World Wide Web.
Acceptance of Terms of Use. The Company provides you with access to, and use of, the Site subject to all applicable laws and regulations and this Legal Policy. By accessing or using the Site you accept and agree to be bound by each of the terms and conditions of this Legal Policy without limitation or qualification. If you do not accept each of the terms and conditions contained in this Legal Policy, you must not access or use the Site. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, this Legal Policy supersedes any other agreements you may have with the Company regarding the subject matter set forth herein.
Content Ownership. The content or other materials on the Site, including, but not limited to, text, audio, images, and other materials or elements (collectively, the “Content”), are owned and copyrighted by the Company, its licensors, or other third-party, with all rights reserved. You should assume that the Content is copyrighted and owned by the Company. Unless otherwise noted, you may not use the Content, except as provided in this Legal Policy, without the prior written permission of the Company.
All trademarks, trade names, logos, and all related product names, slogans, and design marks that appear on the Site are either the trademarks or service marks (registered or unregistered) of the Company or its licensors, unless otherwise stated herein. The Company and its licensors expressly reserve all intellectual property rights in all Content on the Site. No license is granted to you in connection with the Content.
The Company or its licensors may seek to enforce their intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, including the possibility of seeking criminal prosecution, in their sole discretion.
Reliance on Information. The information presented on or through the Site is made available solely for general informational purposes. The Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such information. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to investigate violations of this Legal Policy and to take any action it deems appropriate, including removing content, restricting or terminating access to the Site, and cooperating with law enforcement authorities regarding any suspected unlawful activity.

The Company does not warrant, and specifically disclaims, any and all responsibility or liability for your use of such sites, and you hereby release the Company and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, and agents from any and all such responsibility or liability for the same. Choice of Law; Jurisdiction and Venue. This Legal Policy and your use of this Site are governed by the laws of the State of California in the United States of America, without regard to its choice of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Legal Policy or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
General Terms. This Legal Policy constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company and governs your use of any Company Site. The failure of the Company to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Legal Policy shall not constitute a waiver of any such right or provision. If any provision of this Legal Policy is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, then such provision shall be eliminated from the Legal Policy, and the surviving terms shall remain in full force and effect. Any claim by you arising under this Legal Policy must be brought within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.
